Bluedot Staff provides recruitment, consulting for recruitment companies and managed staff augmentation. Information on this website is commercial in nature and does not constitute a binding offer. Scope, fees, guarantees and service levels are defined exclusively in a signed agreement.
3. Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Do not send confidential third-party data through our forms. We may decline or discontinue any request or application at our discretion.
4. Client Portal
Portal access is granted by invitation only. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Candidate information in the Portal is confidential and may be used only to evaluate candidates for your own hiring needs.
5. Candidates
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee presentation to a client. Presentation depends on role fit, market availability and client scheduling.
6. Intellectual property
The Bluedot brand, site content and materials are owned by Bluedot and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bluedot Staff is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Contractual liability is governed by the applicable service agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules applicable where you reside.
