This policy explains what personal data Bluedot Staff collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

2. Data we collect
From company contacts: name, work email, company, company website, role requirements, hiring timeline and the message you send us. From candidates: name, contact details, location, professional history, language information, links you provide and any documents you upload. From all visitors: technical data such as pages viewed, referral source and campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and gclid).
3. Why we use it
To respond to hiring requests, evaluate candidate applications, run recruiting processes, operate the Client Portal, communicate with you, improve our website and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.
4. Legal bases
We process data based on your consent, on the steps necessary before entering a contract, on our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment business, and on legal obligations applicable to us in Brazil (LGPD) and, where relevant, to our clients.
5. Sharing
Candidate profiles are shared with a client company only when the profile is relevant to an open role and the candidate has consented to be presented. We also use service providers for hosting, database, email and analytics, who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep hiring requests and candidate records for as long as needed to conduct recruiting activity and to comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we are required to retain it.
7. Security
Access to candidate records and uploaded files is restricted to authorized Bluedot staff and, where applicable, to the specific client a candidate has been presented to. Files are stored in private buckets and access is controlled per account.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@bluedotbpo.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Cookies and measurement
We may use cookies and analytics tags to understand traffic sources and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
